Summer Scribbles is managed by a small team of 2, and everything from designing, manufacturing, packing, shipping, customer care is handled by us directly. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.  If there is a discrepancy in address, or you wish to add more products to your order and ship them together, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. An unboxing video would be recommended. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond our control.

​Once the product has left our shop, we will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can feel free to get in touch with us and we will do what is in our power to get your product to you at the earliest.
