We offer shipping within India. Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, an additional shipping fee will be added to your order. In Sale periods, the minimum shipping value may change, and will be displayed prominently on the website header and/or at the checkout page.

Orders are shipped through India Post or private courier services depending on your location and the most reliable option available at the time. We select the safest and most efficient service for each parcel.

Delivery timelines vary based on location and the courier service. Delays caused by courier companies, weather events, or other external factors are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate during checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number as the delivery may be based on an OTP sent to the given number.

6. International Shipping

At the moment, shipping is limited to India. We shall strive to make international shipping available at the earliest.

7. Return to Sender

If a package returns to us due to non availability of the customer, refusal to accept the parcel or incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply. The same will be communicated via email.
