Gardens with purpose -Learning Gardens Living Museums
Product Details
Different plants serve different purposes in a garden. Choosing the right species shapes how a space functions, and how it supports people, wildlife and the larger landscape.
This spread explores four types of planting spaces: kitchen gardens, medicinal gardens, butterfly gardens and avenue trees. Each section highlights plants that thrive in these settings and the roles they play. Some nourish us, some support pollinators, some carry traditional medicinal value, and others offer shade and beauty along roads and pathways.
The illustrations were first drawn by hand in pencil and then coloured digitally.
