Product Details
This spread is part of a larger set of illustrations that document the biodiversity growing within a garden space, and how such environments can become living classrooms. One set of pages focuses on different plant groups found there, including herbs, shrubs, climbers and trees.
This piece highlights climbers, plants that grow by leaning, twining or attaching themselves to support structures as they reach for light.
Species illustrated from the garden include Petrea, butterfly pea, passion flower, Rangoon creeper, rosary pea and fever nut.
The illustrations were first drawn by hand in pencil and then coloured digitally.
